Please clarify:

Did you sign deed over to equity purchasers? Are you sure there was a valid escrow opened? Hate to be the cynic, but with property values the way they have been in CA, the vulturs are out in force. Did you sign a contract with a 5 day rescission notice, between you and equity purchaser? He's in violation of 1695 as it stands, but check ASAP you have a valid escrow, all secured notes will be paid, etc....Sounds like the new owners got your property for $8,000.00 investment, and there'll be an Unlawful Detainer posted to get you out soon.
