First, thanks for responding! No, the person who now owns the
2nd has not filed a NOD, at least not to my knowledge. So what
happens if I have already sold the property. Actually, the
property was sold before the payment was made to the mortgage
company; in fact, I sold the house before this person bought the
2nd from my ex wife. Did he just give me (or the new owner)
$8,000 or will this stop me from selling my house? Can he serve
the new owners with a NOD? Again, I appreciate any insight you can offer!
