However, what most probate attorneys would do is to contact the lender and advise them that they may go to court and obtain an Order stopping the sale for long enough to take further steps to correct the problem (typically 30-60 is what most Judges would consider). It's a lot of work to get it all done in a day but that's really the only alternative to getting the lender's cooperation. If you're still in a pickle Monday send me an email directly or just call.
