Justify your low bid...In Reply to: Bank owned offers posted by Kelly on April 01, 2004 at 8:10 PM
: When making offers thru your realtor, do you also try to substantiate your low offer with a list of repairs, contractor's estimate, or just because of the "condition or the property" warrants such an offer? In other words, do you sort of treat it like a short sale or just submit your offer and thats it? ================= Kelly, Substantiate your low offer. Gives the lender's negotiator a rationale to tell his superiors to take your deal.
