It involves a lot of effort for little payoff in my estimation. However, if you're going to use letters regardless of the wasted time, then I can't think of a better collection of them than those penned by Ted Thomas in the early 90's: "Your Complete Guide To Foreclosure Profits" 1990 ISBN 0-9623701-3-4 (see pages 71 - 78) "Your Illustrated Guide To Foreclosure Gold Mining" 1992 ISBN 0 9623701-7-7 (see 57 - 89) "Big Money in Real Estate Foreclosures" 1992 - ISBN 0-471-54860-X (see pages 43 - 69) You'll probably find the above books in your local main library.
