: Hello Ward, ======================= Chris, If your wife intends to keep working for a commission income, then I'd encourage her to get her broker's license for the added independence and greater share of the commission pie. But if she becomes a principal and focuses on buying properties for her own account, she will be even more independent and will make a lot more money than commission splits will ever amount to.
