: is there a typical manner in which the court splits the equity with the AIP??

: ie - if persons "A" and "B" both have a 50% share in the property, does the court tend to split the equity half each??

After all bills are paid and advances reimbursed, the equity is divvied up according to each partner's percentage of ownership.
