Most orchestrate their rehabs using subcontractors...

: Do the majority of the professional foreclosure buyers that you come in contact with hire a general contractor to do the complete rehab of the home or do they hire individual trades themselves and basically act as their own general contractor? I'm referring to properties within a half hour radius of the investors office. Thank you.

Bob,

If it's not a total make-over, most of the guys act as their own general contractor and hire subcontractors to do the work.
