And Also...In Reply to: Lien Avoidance posted by Sean, N.C. on March 19, 2004 at 10:30 PM I guess I will mention that if there's a lien you REALLY want to examine, you may be able to find some other information in the periphery of the court docs to help. The lawyer of the defendant, the address where that defendant was living at the time, etc. You can take a claculated gamble that it wasn't your owner based on what you find.
