I'm newbieIn Reply to: The next step posted by Jk (the other Jk) on March 16, 2004 at 6:25 AM Hi Jk, Ward and everybody else, Would you mind sharing what kind of flipping you were successful of for the past two years? Since you were thanking Ward for the training, I assume those were flipping the houses from defaulting owner? I have studied few courses (Sheets, LeGrand, foreclosures.com, Kaiser and more), and been trying four months now, But still no deal. I have tried many way to market, but just couldn't find someone who wants to sell. I am getting desparate. Today, I visited 6 defaulting owners, but three of them were already sold by Realtors. None of others came to the door. Another disapointing day for me it was. I'm in SF bay area. Market is still hot. I don't want to give up, but I want to hear some success story to cheer myself up a littel.
