In Michigan, when EXACTLY are the junior liens wiped out?
(a) at the time of the sale (when Sheriff's Deed is recorded)?, or
(b) at the expiration of the 6-month redemption period where
the buyer exchanges his/her Certificate for Title for the
Sheriff's Deed and takes clear title to the house.
(Let's assume it was the 1st Lien Holder that foreclosed).
