: Once key difference is the privacy of the title holding trust (THT). The trust isn't recorded or registered anywhere. So the state doesn't have any records on the THT that the public can access.

: The corporation, on the other hand, is created with the involvement of the state and therefore enjoys no privacy of ownership.

So if I pull up the public records on a property owned by a THT, what will show as the owner info??
