Re: Will lead you nowhere...In Reply to: Will lead you nowhere... posted by Ward-CA- on February 19, 2004 at 2:02 PM Ward, I'm new in LA (moved here from PA)and new in this Forum. The market is terribily hot here. It seems like there's not a single place not packed with investors. So far I only got a SFH in Victorville, it's an okay deal.. Haven't seen any good deals yet. Is there a location you can recommend? I'm looking at lower middle income neighborhood for rentals or flips. I mailed out a lot of letters to people on Notic eof default list, haven't heard any response. I want to put out bandit signs and pole signs, but I don't seen any in the neighborhood. Wondering if I'll get a fine putting them up? Is there a good investor's club in Northern LA? thanks Nancy
: =========== : Jack, : I like the speed of flipping entry-level, single family residences. There seems to be an abundance of them in the Palmdale/Lancaster area at comparatively attractive price levels. : By the way, the level of posting about specific areas on this site is almost non-existent-even the most obvious areas are hardly mentioned. So don't follow the frequency of posting as a guide-it will lead you nowhere.
