In Reply to: THT vesting language with 2 trustee's? posted by Travis-CA on March 10, 2004 at 10:50 PM

: What would be the proper vesting language to create a trust with two visible trustee's in the public record, where one trustee is a individual and the second is a california corporation.

: would it be:

: Joe Blow and Joe Blow, Inc. trustees of the hugh jass trust, dated March 10, 2004?

: Thanks,

: Travis

Travis,

You'd most likely use the term co-trustees rather than trustees.
