Are you saying that I can avoid personal liability for an accident by titling my car in an LLC? Liability exposure *as owner* is rare, unless it's a car driven by your employees. 99.999% of the time, a car is driven by its owner, in which case the LLC offers the owner no liability protection whatsoever (since a driver has unlimited personal liability).
