: How can I advise my client to stop the Trustee Sale this Friday morning. I need more time to close the purchase of her home. My investment partners, and their company, are willing to do an equity buyout.

Jeff,

Have your client file an emergency petition in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. That will stop the foreclosure long enough to allow you to close your deal.
