Whereas the undersigned, Country wide Loans as the Present Beneficiary, under said Deed of Trust hereby substitutes a new Trustee, CTC Services under said Deed of Trust, and CTC Services as Trustee under said Deed of Trust does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by Trustee under said Deed of Trust. New Trustee: Current Beneficiary CTC Real EState Services Countrywide Loans Does it mean I have a new Lender, I was sent to Foreclosure, I have not missed a payment, or according to a Loan officer, I was talking to, she said my credit report showed I had paid off my home loan.
