Order the labels and forget the newspapers...

: Good morning Ward!

: With these foreclosure notification services that you have links to, would I be able to export the information in bulk to print mailing labels? I'm trying to streamline operations and free up some time. Using technology helps in that capacity. Basically I would be using the service to generate accurate mailers and wanted to know how well it works in that capacity.

: I get the SDDT and also have NOD's, NOTS & REO reports sent to me from a local title company(weekly) and was wondering how the data spawn process differs between the pay services and these others sources. Particularily with SDDT I have noticed that some of the NOTS they publish were cured some time ago(longer than 21 days). I dont really understand how that can be, but you are more knowledgable than I and possibly will share some insight.

: Have an excellent day... even if it does rain a bit! (we can use all we get)

==================

Brad,

It's not unusual for foreclosure notice services to sell subscribers, like attorneys, nothing but Cheshire mailing labels of defaulting owners rather than regular copies of the notices. So the first thing to do is inquire around to see which services provide the labels and at what cost.

I'm not familiar with the San Diego Daily Transcript's info other than it appears in their Friday edition. Its timeliness, accuracy and completeness I have yet to check up on. Newspaper foreclosure notices are notoriously dated and under-published since they have to dance to a fixed publishing frequency and inflexible space requirements.

Hope this helps.
