Good points . . .In Reply to: The timing of recording relative to any other liens.. posted by Ward-CA- on February 14, 2004 at 7:49 AM Because what really matters here is what the title company says matters. And don't forget, liens can be subordinated and screw up that "first in time, first in line" thing. One of the drawbacks of bidding at the sale, to be sure, is the inability to have all ducks in a row, especially that title insurance duck. Joe Follow Ups:
