: Hi Ward!

: What do you think are the major problems or challenges facing foreclosure investors in today's market? Thanks again.

===============

Elsa,

The regular foreclosure market is really askew due to the phenomenal influx of newbies. The smart pro’s are nimble enough to switch around and sniff out deals working with owners in default, or doing junior bene buyouts, or working the judicial foreclosures, or buying judgments, etc.

It’s silly to bemoan what’s happened to the market. It will rock back to its old self some day. In the meantime work the neglected areas.

Hope this helps.
