Do I need to do anything special in terms of documentation? ================= Jeff, I'd just get him to acknowledge in writing that he has voluntarily rescinded his execution of the particular Notice of Cancellation and that he waives right he might have to any further delay in completing the sale of the property to you. Give him a copy of the Rescission of Notice of Cancellation and keep the originalin the property's file. Hope this helps.
