I don't think he is the sharpest tool in the shed : BUT that doesn't give them the right to have raped him, and made him lose his home!! : He had no idea that they charged him so much for insurance. He didn't ask why the loan was for $55k but he only received $46k? 10.5% on a 2nd isn't all that outrageous, either. As much as I want to sympathize with the guy, there's only so little personal responsibility I can stand.
