irrevocable trust
Lets say that a seller places their property into an irrevocable trust, naming me as 100% beneficiary of the trust, and after two weeks from the deed being recorded, a judgement gets recorded against the seller. Would this irrevocable trust trust avoid this judgement and would a title company have a problem to insure it when reselling the property? Is that how effective an irrevocable trust can be?
