: On the agreement for the Sale of my property, I added the following statement: Financing contingency to be removed by 12/26/03. When we arrived to that date, my buyer had not met this contingency. I didn't say anything, becouse it looked like they were making a real effort to satisfy it. But now about 3 weeks later, they keep promising, but has not happened. My questions is: If I didn't say anything at that time, then can I give them a 3 day demand for removal of loan contingency? Or did I void the above mentioned clause, by keeping quiet?

Gonzalo,

Yes, you can simply give them a 3 day notice to perform or remove the contingency.
