Debbie, be prudent and have proof that you've made the reinstatement payment. Then if such a turnabout should occur, and the lender continues to proceed with the foreclosure, you can easily get a temporary restraining order to stop the foreclosure until a judge is satisfied you haven't reinstated. If you did a proper reinstatement then the foreclosure won't be permitted to continue.
