I can't remember the statute for when all noticing must go out but you'll have time assuming you get the TSG in a week or two. Your F/C trustee should be well versed. Also, some lender's use an entity that they control as trustee of record and hire the F/C company as "agent" to do all of the work. It's handy when you want to direct the F/C company to handle matters specifically as you wish and not necessary according to the policies that are convenient for them.
