: Thanks for the help, but I already tried that, and it didn't work. They belive that I was helping the seller hide her assets. So, they agreed to lower the $38,000 judgement to $20,000, but since it is not mine, it hurts. However, I have not paid them yet. So if someone has a another idea, I rather pay that person $10k, than 20k for the judgement : hello

Did you try the title company I sent you via private e-mail. They normally will insure most anything.
