They belive that I was helping the seller hide her assets. So, they agreed to lower the $38,000 judgement to $20,000, but since it is not mine, it hurts. However, I have not paid them yet. So if someone has a another idea, I rather pay that person $10k, than 20k for the judgement : hello : : darryl - that was what i had come up with during the night - : : except i was going to suggest offer the Creditor $5,000 to release the lien from the property, then when the house is sold mail me the other $5,000 for the idea!! : : good luck Did you try the title company I sent you via private e-mail. They normally will insure most anything.
