To my understaning, the people that post on this site are looking to purchase financially distressed property. You may occassional see a post from someone offering services but this practice is discouraged here. Here's what I would do: Go to your local County Bar Association's Legal Referral Service and ask for (3) names of members that specialize in real estate and mortgage compliance law. Depending on where you live you'll find either more or less choices. Unfortunately, when many people feel they have been wronged by a lender, it may not be something that interests an attorney if it isn't clearly provable and the client doesn't have the money or patience to pursue the matter legally. Sad but true. If you are able to separate the emotional part from the facts you're likely to have better success in hiring competent legal counsel. Best of luck to you.
