How can I create a simple "corporate resolution" myself so that I can do this transaction? Any one know the correct verbiage? Or, must I go to a lawyer? The escrow is due to close in a few days. There is not a lot of time or money for a lawyer to do this "corporate resolution". : : : Any and all help is greately appreciated. : : the corporate resolution basically something that all the direcotors (in my case that is me, myself and I!!) : : there is a specific corporate resolution format that you should use. : Where can I get this specific "corporate resolution format"?
