Lee, you are a defendant in a case. Do not take this lightly. Although there may be no basis to include you as a defendant in this foreclosure, if you ignore it the plaintiff can win a default judgement. With a default judgement comes the liabilities and negative credit and anything else the occurs because of a foreclosure on your record.
