Do you mean Reconveyance??In Reply to: Deed of Recission, Anyone? posted by M on January 11, 2004 at 9:39 AM : Hi, : Does anyone have a copy of a deed of recission? If so, please fax it to me at: 702-920-7634 : Thanks, ======================== M, I been active full-time in real estate since 1972 and have never heard of a deed of rescission. Could you possibly mean a Deed of Reconveyance? That's what a lender records to show their trust deed has been paid off. Trustee's will record a Rescission of Notice of Default (in CA) or a Rescission of Notice of Breech (in NV) if a foreclosure has been cured before it goes to Trustee's Sale. If you need a Deed of Reconveyance, just call the Customer Service department of a local Las Vegas title company and have them fax a blank to you. They won't charge you anything for the form. By the way, the only party that can sign a reconveyance is the trustee that's named in the affected trust deed.
