I paid for them with 1.5 hours of my life each time listening to someone try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want to buy. Yes there are no money down deals / shorts sells / etc., but they all require the substitute commodity known as time--and lots of it to find them. So congratulations to Investor02 on your deal, now go out find another one. There is one difference in that you would have eaten lunch anyway so it wasn't the full 1.5 hours + the price. Just wear headphones next time with your favorite real estate trainer or some good music.
