: Should I pay it then sue the collection company or still sue the HOA? : Thanks...Ray Ray, Are you saying that the HOA recorded their lien in Clark County’s Recorder Office two weeks before the senior lender recorded their trust deed? Or are you telling us just the timing of when they began their respective foreclosure actions?? What’s important is the sequence of when they originally recorded their lien interest...not their foreclosures. Right now I’m endeavoring to discover whether the priority of HOA liens in Nevada is established by the original recording of the project’s CC&R’s. Will get back to you when I find out.
