Just because you are ignorant of the process don't assume that there are some "shady happenings". The auctioneer most certainly mentioned that was all the sales for the day. Sorry you didn't hear that part, but there is a lot of noise from nearby traffic. Before the auctioneer can sell any properties, he has to get clearance from the Trustee. The Trustee has to get clearance from the bank and the bank has to consult with their attorneys to make sure there aren't any last minute legal postponements which would explain why there are delays.
