Lurking about at the trustee's sales

: Hi,

: My wife went to the auction in El Cajon today. All were postponed and we were told to call the Trustee the day before next time, lesson learned. Since she said there was only 5 people there I take it the "informed" called and didn't show up. How many people usually come to this auction location?

: She did make a couple good contacts though so it wasn't a total loss.

: Cheers,

Kawika,

Yes, you’re probably right in thinking the “informed” called ahead and didn’t waste time showing up if the sale of the property they wanted was postponed.

I haven’t been out to El Cajon for more than 6 months, so it’s hard to tell how many regulars are showing up. Certainly less than those that show up downtown San Diego.
