: : Ward,

: : Even if a loan is cured before the Trust Deed Sale, will the seller still have reported on their credit report any activity of a foreclosure or does a foreclosure only get reported on the seller's credit report if the sale goes thru?

: : Gary

: Oops. I meant to say "Trustee's Sale" above rather than "Trust Deed Sale".

30 Day lates get reported to your credit report, Notice of Default gets reported, Notice of Trustee Sale gets reported, but an actual Foreclosure/Trustee Sale is the kiss of death.
