Increase your capital base...In Reply to: Increasing net income. posted by Bobby on December 25, 2003 at 12:16 AM : Ward, : Can you provide any direction and/or suggestions on how one might increase their income from the $750,000 per year range to the $3,000,000+ per year range. I work all 3 specialties of foreclosures in the state of CA. 10+ years experience. No employees. : Do you offer advanced business planning/courses for investors that are seeking to advance to the next level? : Thank you. =========================== Bobby, The only way to greater earnings is to do more profitable foreclosure investments. That would entail learning how to raise more money. Start with raising money by private syndication for a minimum of $1 Million and then progress up to $3 Million and then $5 Million. Go to http://www.firsttuesdayonline.com and order their book, “Limited Liability For Group Investments”. Cost is $9.50 and it’s complete with explanations, fillable forms, and samples. Hope this helps.
