Thank you for the great information.

It's definitely daunting when it comes to dealing w/ bureaucracy,
especially when the gov't employees are supposed to serve the public.
And yes, the competition is everywhere, but I gotta believe so are
the deals. Not sure if it was Ward or someone else that stated in a
previous post, "a niche will make you rich".

It seems as though in my county, the estate auctions are held
in the offices of the attorneys whom the administrators/executors
have hired, perhaps w/ the help of a local Re agent, not sure.

Any contact information for Rhett Winchell or K-I?

Any "weird" areas you're currently pursuing or have pursued?
