Find a different groove right now...In Reply to: Trustee sales sites posted by estates on December 21, 2003 at 8:09 PM : I have heard that the Norwalk sale site for LA County is one of the most competitive trustee sale auction sites anywhere and that bidders have actually gotten into hassles there. Do some bidders just wait there to see if others bid and then start bidding now that they know that someone else wanted that property. It is very crowded there, are all auction sites that well attended. ============= One of the most common comments I hear from my trainees, no matter where their stomping grounds are, is that their area has too many competitors! There is an ebb and flow to this business and right now, here in Southern CA, the auctions are quite competitive. You can bemoan the competition or go where there's a lot less competion. Call on the owner's in default and buy the propery before the sale. Yes, initially it's a daunting proposition. But once you've done it for a while, and have found your groove, you can make a very good living at it. Hope this helps.
