Rubik's CubeWard, I've been trying to reverse engineer some past Trustee's deeds of my big competitor's here in LA, most notably, Peter Baer per Pro Value Properties. The guy is obviously wealthy, but I don't understand the nature and aggressiveness of his "bids." He wins virtually every day. You say in one of your past arcticles "that a good foreclosure investment had to have more than location or a nice appearance going for it." Do you think that applies here, and how? It seems like a bizarre maze. Thanks.
