: while I was looking to start my LLC,I found that I can elect to have my LLC opperate like a C Corp,S Corp, SP,or a partnership for accounting purposes. what do you feel is the best choice?
: If a home seller lost the important documents such as a straight note, or failed to record a deed of trust, what do you feel is the best course of action?

Troy,

For accounting purposes the best choice is probably the partnership return. It's more commonly used and thus cost the cheapest to prepare and process.
