Thanksgiving was 2 weeks ago - and you just now found the notice??

You may call the court clerk to see if you may still pay the fee to appear in court.

None the less, the UD court is not the place to fight the foreclosure. The UD court should assume that the foreclosure was done according to law.

If you feel that the sale was wrong, see a lawyer and fight the trustee, not the guy who bought the place. The house would have sold that day anyways.

If the sale was done in error then seek to correct it
If it was done correctly - then learn from your mistakes and move on - realistically few sales are done incorrectly.
