Moving beyond the loss of your home...In Reply to: Foreclosure Support... posted by Desperate on December 10, 2003 at 11:26 AM
Chances are that it doesn't exist or no one here knows of any. My question does anyone here know of any foreclosure support message boards for people who have endured foreclosure. I had no idea we were losing our home. My husband always handled all that and did not tell me a thing. I knew we were in trouble once before and knew that we got that straightened out. Needless to say he took us right back to the same situation and didnt tell me. I am no moving on with my 2 children but having great difficulty dealing with this loss. ============ Desperate, Yes, it might be beneficial to have a discussion board devoted to people bemoaning the loss of their property. But until you find one, I’d like to suggest a good alternative. That’s a book on working through the grief of loss. One of the best is called, “The Grief Recovery Handbook” by John W. James. It’s available from Amazon for less than $11.00 dollars. Hope this helps.
