: The termite included in "transactional expenses" means "termite report" or "termite repair"? If it is "termite repair", why it is not put in "cosmtic fix-up"?

I suppose that termite tenting and local treatment isn't thought of as cosmetic work. It has traditionally had it's own breakout and not lumped in with cosmetic repairs. It probably doesn't matter the category it's in, as long as it's accounted for.
