: Hi Ward,

: I'm hiring someone to door-knock and scout equity buyouts for me. Do I use the standard Finder's Fee form or is something else more appropriate? As for CC 1695 & 2945, I'm doing all the negotiating. Thanks in advance.

Lisa,

As you’re probably aware, you can’t use unlicensed people to negotiate any terms of a real estate transaction for you. All they can do is act as an intermediary to set up appointments for you.

Under these circumstances the Finder’s Fee form is probably the most appropriate to use.

Hope this helps.
