the processors fiduciary responsibility was to the bank that was foreclosing...
since no objection to title was raised prior to closing on the property,
the lien that was not served remains and would have to be paid off.
there would be no cause of action in this case..sorry!!thats why its so important to
order title insurance after you buy at auction. title company verifies that the foreclosure
was done the right way. at that point you would have raised an objection to title
and they would have to return your money).now its too late...
