You'll find them if you keep shopping. Ward has explained before, that contractors can get a "my sh** don't stink" attitude, when they get too many referrals and too much business. For small under $100 jobs, I just pay cash and don't ask for a receipt. They like that, and I've found these little cash-basis subcontractors to be responsive. Follow Ups: Post a Followup:
