Questions on setting up LLCNolo Press has a website that helps you set up a California LLC. The forms are under $30.00. Is their format acceptable to set up an LLC for title holding trust purposes? Or should I spend more money for a more customized articles? Is there any benefit in having a corporation as an agent for the LLC for service of process vs. myself as an individual? By giving my home address in the LLC application will the privacy of the title holding trust be compromised? Also, should I also form another corp. or LLC to do business in foreclosures for liability protection? Or can the one LLC act as both trustee in title holding trusts & for daily business activities in the foreclosure business. (such as Innovest) Thanks
