Been evicted from a land contract home

Posted by Ricky Kuerbitz on November 25, 2003 at 4:45 PM

My family of 6 was evicted from our home yesterday morning. We was in the process of getting the morgage and it was approved but the seller would not communicate with us to set a closing date, which was to be before Nov. 1st which at that time it was. Now she doesn't want to sell it. I did alot of renovations on the home and cost me alot of money and alot of time. She wants the house now. It is worth about 60,000.00 more then what it was worth when I first sighed the land contract. Does anyone know what could be done about it. It not getting the house back, atleast to get some of my money that I put into it back.
