A client I'm trying to work with right now was just discharged on a 13. When she went to this lender to get back the escrow impound overages for the last 4 years all of a sudden they say she is behind payments. When she contacts them they give her the runaround and sends her unintelligible payment spreadsheets. She has all cancelled checks, bank statements and Fedex slips for these concurrent payments made during the 13 plan. She is not behind. I have written letters for her under her name and sent backup to them for the month (s) they say she is behind. Absolutely no one home. They are sending out default notices and now it looks as if they will file. Incredible. Any suggestions on getting tough, getting their attention and getting this resolved?
